Individual game and market limits may be lower and are displayed on the relevant market or game page. 5kbd9 reserves the right to adjust payout limits at its discretion.

User Obligations

By using the 5kbd9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the safety of all players, and the fair operation of all games and markets.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5kbd9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Before processing account closure, 5kbd9 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are completed to your registered payment method. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 5kbd9

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 5kbd9 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds or winnings derived from the violating activity. Legitimate real-money deposits not implicated in the violation will be returned to the registered payment method after investigation is complete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period via the Account Settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
